CANCELLATION POLICY
All clients must provide at least a 24 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE will be charged a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Clients arriving MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE may be asked to reschedule if there is not enough time remaining to safely and effectively complete the requested service. Late clients may still be responsible for the full service cost. Same day cancellations and reschedules will be treated as LATE CANCELLATIONS and will incur a fee.
